The room at Montcalm Hotel was like a dream come true for a tech-savvy person like me. The high-speed internet, satellite TV with CNN, and iPod docking station made me feel right at home. The luxury butler service and Elemis and Hermes toiletries were just the cherry on top.

I personally found the personalized scented aroma a bit overwhelming, but I'm sure others might love it.

Great location next to a park and shopping. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast with plenty of options. a pleasant stay. 😊

The service at this hotel was really good, with great staff. We were actually surprised by the complimentary upgrade and access to the executive lounge. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.

Oh, my dear, the grand ballroom at the hotel was simply splendid. The glittering crystal chandeliers, the elegant wood detail, and the lavish amenities truly made me feel like royalty. The accessibility for senior people was top-notch, and the staff were so attentive, always ready to assist me with a warm smile. The common areas were spacious and easily accessible, which made getting around the hotel a breeze.

I would just ask for a better vacation for senior people, perhaps if the children of the staff were a bit more mindful of the specific needs of us seniors.

Celebrating our child's coming of age at this stunning London event space was an unforgettable experience for our family. The elegant venue and impeccable service made the event a joyous occasion, leaving a lasting impression on both our child and our guests.

My wife says that a designated play area for children would be great for families.

We stayed at a hotel on a relatively quiet street, but it was still very close to many of the department stores and Hyde Park. The location was between two beautiful neighborhoods, Mayfair and Marylebone, which were great to explore. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, and the room was spacious and well-equipped. We enjoyed the lovely corridors leading to the bedroom and appreciated all the facilities provided.

The bathroom was in need of repair and some of the facilities looked quite outdated.

As adventure travelers, we loved the proximity to Marble Arch and Oxford Street, making it easy to explore the city. The comfortable beds and room amenities were perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The executive lounge provided great complementary drinks and canapes, and the staff, especially Izabel, went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The hotel also surprised us with a room upgrade, decorations, and complimentary treats to celebrate a special occasion. The location and helpful staff truly made our stay memorable.

The Grand Ballroom had impressive audio-visual equipment and a built-in PA system. Perfect for my 550-person reception! Such a stunning venue for my special occasion.

We had a great stay in this hotel near the city center, with easy access to transportation and all the activities. The cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities were great. We especially loved the fabulous food served at Hankies, a restaurant located within the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating to all our requests. it's a great place to stay in a quiet area while still being close to all the highlights of the city.

The room at Montcalm Marble Arch was luxurious with all the facilities and complimentary items. The bathroom was clean, and I was kinda surprised to find a shattaf. The bed was comfortable, and I loved the hotel's tissues' scent. I had a great stay there.

We stayed in a beautiful suite here. The location is great, just off a popular shopping street. The staff were amazing, especially Izabela and the doormen Marius and Alex. They were so friendly and helpful. The room had great amenities, including a mini-bar and ironing facilities. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant and the pool and spa facilities were fantastic.

We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I keep coming back for weekend getaways. The staff advised me on shopping spots during my first stay. Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, fitness center, and flat-screen TV make it my perfect choice.
